DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Mortgage and Real Estate Divisions.   The SBA will elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.  Additionally, the SBA will drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.  Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and collaborate closely with Project Management to deliver projects and solutions.
 
Successful candidates will have industry related experience in Mortgage and Real Estate industries, in addition to having very strong systems skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SQL query experience, Project Management software experience, use of software tools for creating requirement, process flow diagrams, screen mock-ups, etc.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a business analyst role in the Real Estate Industry
