The PMI-OC Vendor Showcase provides companies with an opportunity to showcase their technology, products, and services to a specific target audience of project management professionals. Vendor Showcases are held at the monthly PMI-OC dinner meetings attended by 100 to 150 members and guests. Dinner meetings provide a forum for networking and promoting project management services, tools, and knowledge to project sponsors, project managers, and team members. We would like to invite your company to participate as one of our vendors.
The Vendor Showcase package includes:
- A quarter-page ad in PMI-OC newsletter prior to your showcase date. Ad size may be enlarged for an additional fee.
- A link on our website prior to your showcase date.
- An e-mail about your Vendor Showcase sent to our email distribution list prior to your showcase date.
- A 10-minute presentation during the meeting to discuss your company's products and services.
- Table space at the meeting for your company brochures and materials. Electricity is provided for your use. Internet access can be provided for an additional fee.
- Dinner for two of your representatives. Cost for additional dinners is $25 members or $35 non-members during the early registration period or $40 at the door. You can register additional dinners online at www.pmi-oc.org .
- Drawings or giveaways are always welcomed using attendee business cards.
Our monthly dinner meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month and are scheduled as follows:
5:00 – 5:30 Vendors Set Up Exhibit
5:30 – 6:30 Networking Hour & Vendor Exhibit
6:30 – 7:30 General Meeting, Introductions, Dinner & Vendor Exhibit
7:30 – 7:40 Vendor Presentation
7:45 – 8:45 Guest Speaker Presentation
8:45 – 9:00 Final Announcements and Raffles
